Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide photos of the item's current condition.

  Secure Professional Packaging

  Carefully repackage the antique using the original protective materials to ensure the preservation of its delicate finish and structural integrity during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Specialized Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate with our white-glove logistics partners to arrange a convenient collection time from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item is received and inspected at our gallery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
